那家店往往代表著一個地方的風土。
在淡水，
我們默默地用這片土地的食材——
水果、花朵與香草，
慢慢做成果醬。
這些果醬不是為了大量生產。
它們只是記錄著這個小鎮的味道。
海風、季節、花開的時間，
還有淡水的日常。
多年後回頭看，
這些一瓶一瓶的果醬，
其實就是淡水小鎮的故事。

After eleven years in the small town of Tamsui,
this is the first time we are writing down these stories.
In many places around the world,
there is a jam shop that represents the local terroir.
Here in Tamsui,
we quietly make jams
from fruits, flowers and herbs of this land.
Each jar simply records
the taste of this seaside town.
